As per the report, the Facebook Down was detected on Thursday (December 12, 2024) at around 12:02 AM. During this time, users are unable to open Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/) on the Web Browser. On the other hand, Meta’s other platform, Instagram also down in the last 10 minutes.
A vast amount of users from all over the world are getting “Sorry, something went wrong. We’re working on getting this fixed as soon as we can,” while opening the platform. Some users are also facing Facebook and Messenger issues, claiming posts are not available and other people’s posts cannot be shared.
Meanwhile, the most popular platform for down detectors called “Downdetector” says, a total of 105,405 users faced the Facebook Down issue today, Thursday (December 12) at midnight. On the other hand, the platform is also showing that, Instagram, and Thread also down.
A user wrote “Got randomly logged out and now I can’t access it on both mobile and PC”. Another user named Nate Ayers said that “Russian hackers are claiming to have taken down Facebook with the help of north korea!”
